WPO农业贸易合作计划帮助农场、农业企业、采购商、供应商和专业服务机构，将具体的采购、供应或贸易困难转化为可以分析、匹配和推进的合作项目。

WPO将根据参与方提供的非保密信息，协助整理需求、识别市场准入和交易障碍、寻找潜在合作方及专业服务资源，并通过一对一对接、专题会议、项目跟踪和案例研究推动下一步行动。

符合条件的项目还可能被纳入WPO供需机会清单、贸易对接活动、试点项目或政策与标准化研究。参与不保证成交，也不构成WPO认证或商业担保，但参与方将获得一次更系统地展示需求、寻找资源和明确下一步路径的机会。

English Core Value Statement

The WPO Agricultural Trade Cooperation Program helps farms, agricultural enterprises, buyers, suppliers, and professional service providers convert specific purchasing, supply, and trade challenges into structured cooperation opportunities that can be analyzed, matched, and advanced.

Based on authorized non-confidential information, WPO may help clarify needs, identify market-access and transaction barriers, locate potential partners and professional service resources, and support next-step action through one-to-one matchmaking, specialized meetings, project follow-up, and case analysis.

Qualified opportunities may also be considered for WPO matchmaking lists, trade events, pilot projects, or policy and standardization research. Participation does not guarantee a transaction and does not constitute WPO certification or commercial endorsement, but it provides participants with a structured opportunity to present their needs, identify relevant resources, and clarify a practical path forward.

The purpose of this survey is to better understand the practical challenges, needs, and opportunities faced by farms, cooperatives, agribusinesses, service providers, research institutions, and other agricultural stakeholders involved in international agricultural trade.

Survey results may be published in aggregated and anonymous form to support research, international dialogue, and future cooperation initiatives.
