The WPO Agricultural Trade Cooperation Program helps farms, agricultural enterprises, buyers, suppliers, and professional service providers convert specific purchasing, supply, and trade challenges into structured cooperation opportunities that can be analyzed, matched, and advanced.

Based on authorized non-confidential information, WPO may help clarify needs, identify market-access and transaction barriers, locate potential partners and professional service resources, and support next-step action through one-to-one matchmaking, specialized meetings, project follow-up, and case analysis.

Qualified opportunities may also be considered for WPO matchmaking lists, trade events, pilot projects, or policy and standardization research. Participation does not guarantee a transaction and does not constitute WPO certification or commercial endorsement, but it provides participants with a structured opportunity to present their needs, identify relevant resources, and clarify a practical path forward.

WPO Agricultural Trade Best Practices Submission Form

This form is established by the World Peasant Organization (WPO) to collect effective practices, innovative models, and replicable experience that have been implemented and have produced practical results in agriculture and agricultural trade.

Farms, agricultural enterprises, cooperatives, industry associations, trade service providers, research and educational institutions, government entities, and other relevant organizations are invited to submit practices in areas including:

• Import and export of agricultural products and equipment;

• Market access, certification, inspection, quarantine, and trade compliance;

• Logistics, warehousing, cold-chain services, customs clearance, insurance, and payment;

• Farmer organizations and supply-chain coordination;

• Digital trade and trade-service innovation;

• Reduction of trade costs and expansion of market opportunities for small and medium-sized farms;

• Cross-border agricultural cooperation; and

• Other practices with demonstrated value and potential for wider application.

Submitters are encouraged to describe the background of the practice, the original problem, implementation methods, participating parties, actual results, measurable impacts, innovative value, supporting evidence, and the conditions required for replication in other regions or organizations.

Information collected through this form may be used for WPO agricultural trade research, case assessment, international exchange, policy and standardization-framework research, and the selection and coordination of related cooperation projects.

1. Submission of this form does not constitute WPO certification, endorsement, recommendation, or recognition of the practice.

2. WPO may conduct evidence verification, expert assessment, and requests for additional information.

3. A case may be included in the WPO Best Practices Repository, research reports, conference materials, or other public outputs only after appropriate review and confirmation of the necessary publication permissions.

4. Submitters are responsible for ensuring that the information provided is accurate and that they are authorized to submit the relevant materials.

提交人应尽可能说明实践产生的背景、原有问题、实施方法、参与主体、实际成果、可量化影响、创新价值、证据材料以及在其他地区或机构复制应用的条件。

本表收集的信息将用于WPO农业贸易最佳实践研究、案例评估、国际交流、政策与标准化框架研究，以及相关合作项目的遴选和对接。
